  1. Contest is open to all loyalty club members as of June 17th.
  2. The top 10 loyalty card member visits from each World of Beer location during the timeframe of June 17th - midnight of November 30th, 2011 will be entered to win.
  3. The promotion will end on November 30th, 2011.
  4. We will hold a drawing on or before December 10th, 2011 to determine the winner.
  5. The actual trip will be for late February (The week of Feb. 19th, 2012)

World of Beer Franchising, Inc., 10910 Sheldon Road, Tampa, Florida 33626 (“Sponsor”). SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. The World of Beer Pints to Paradise Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 a.m. EDT on June 17, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on November 30, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Closing Date”). ELIGIBILITY. Legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States (excluding California) and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older and who were members of Sponsor’s Loyalty Club as of June 16, 2011 are eligible to enter, except employees of Sponsor; Banks (Barbados) Breweries, Ltd. and its wholesalers, distributors, and retailers; and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address. Void in California. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Automatic Entry: Visit a World of Beer location and scan your Loyalty Card. The ten (10) Loyalty Card Members with the highest number of visits at each World of Beer location during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically be entered into the Sweepstakes. (“Automatic Entry”) Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”): Participants can also enter by mail without visiting a World of Beer locations, and without any other obligation, by validly completing a 3” x 5” piece of paper with your first name, last name, complete street address (no P.O. Boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), date of birth, and Loyalty Card number and mailing it in a #10 envelope with proper postage affixed to: World of Beer Pints to Paradise Sweepstakes, World of Beer Franchising, Inc., 10910 Sheldon Road, Tampa, Florida 33626 (“AMOE Entry”). AMOE Entries must be postmarked by the Sweepstakes Closing Date to be eligible. Limit one (1) AMOE Entry per envelope. Automatic Entries and AMOE Entries are collectively referred herein as “Entries.” Limit one (1) Entry per person regardless of method. DRAWING. A random draw will be held on or about December 10, 2011, (the “Draw Date”) at a location designated by Sponsor from among all eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Closing Date. Potential winners will be contacted by electronic mail, mail or telephone within five (5) business days of the Draw Date at the contact information provided on the Entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the Draw Date, fails to return the properly executed Affidavit and Release Form within the specified time (see below), or is unable to travel on the designated dates then he/she will be disqualified and another entrant will be randomly selected until such time as contact is made with a selected entrant or there are no more eligible Entries, whichever comes first. The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a selected entrant. ODDS. Odds of being selected for a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Closing Date. When you enter the Sweepstakes, you can also opt-in to receive promotional offers and emails from Sponsor. You can opt-out of receiving such offers and emails at any time and opting-in does not impact your chances of winning. PRIZE. One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize includes a 5-day, 4-night hotel stay (based on double occupancy) in Barbados for winner and a guest; roundtrip coach class airfare for winner and a guest from a major airport near winner’s home to Barbados BGI International Airport and ground transportation to and from the BGI International Airport and hotel. Grand Prize also includes a tour of the Banks Brewery in Barbados. Tour subject to Brewery hours and availability. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules as being part of the Grand Prize (including without limitation meals, tips, other unspecified expenses, hotel service charges, or applicable passport, visa and entry/exit fees) are the responsibility of the winner. Guest must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. The Grand Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable for cash, and may not be resold. No substitution of the Grand Prize or any component thereof is permitted, except in the discretion of the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize for a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes on Grand Prize value, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of winner. An IRS Form 1099 will be issued if required by law. Winner and guest are responsible for all travel documents (such as a passport and visa) required for travel. Sponsor is not responsible for flight postponement or cancellation. Winner and guest must travel at the same time on the same itinerary. Travel must take place the week between February 19, 2012 and February 25, 2012. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $2800. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value, if any, will not be awarded. LIMITATIONS ON PRIZES. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value if prize (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. Sponsor will determine all elements of prizes in its sole discretion. Prizes may not be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prize winner will also be required to complete and return a W-9 Form, including his/her Social Security number, which will be used only for the purpose of reporting the winner’s prize earnings to the United States Internal Revenue Service as required by law. PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” WITH NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SPONSOR DISCLAIMS ALL AND ANY LIABILITY FOR THE ACTUAL PROVISION, QUALITY OR NATURE OF ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCT OR SERVICE ACCEPTED BY THE WINNER. Each selected entrant will also be required to sign an affidavit and release form (the “Affidavit and Release Form”) confirming compliance with the official rules, acceptance of a prize as awarded, without substitution, and releasing the Sponsor, their affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent sweepstakes organization and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability in connection with a prize or the Sweepstakes. The Affidavit and Release Form must be returned within the time period specified on the Affidavit and Release Form or the prize will be forfeited. Delivery of the prizes will be coordinated with the winner by the Sponsor, upon receipt of the Affidavit and Release Form. The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules. Entrants understand that Sponsor is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession and use of prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Except where prohibited, by participating in the Sweepstakes entrants agree that: all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant(s) and Sponsor and its agents shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Tampa, Florida and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or awarding of the prizes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any participant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. OTHER. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for entries it is unable to process due to network, hardware or other technical failures, or any other reason, or incomplete, damaged, misdirected, illegible, stolen or lost entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site or otherwise, in violation of the rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any non-conforming entries. Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, technical corruption, non-authorized human intervention or force majeure. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to select winner from among all eligible entries received prior to date of cancellation. The use of automated entry systems or any other conduct that impedes the integrity of the sweepstakes is prohibited. GENERAL. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, voice, likeness, photograph and any statements regarding this Sweepstakes for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes on behalf of Sponsor without compensation. By participating and winning a prize, winner releases Sponsor, and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to the prize won and participation in the Sweepstakes, subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Taxes on prizes are sole responsibility of winner.
