Site Selection
WOB Franchising assists in the selection and acquisition of a site by providing guidance and evaluating information the franchisee has gathered on locations they are considering. The franchisor also provides recommendations during the lease negotiations to help maximize the opportunity for the franchise to receive the proper build-out and landlord support, thus keeping the initial investment as low as possible.

Management Training
Prior to the opening of a new location, WOB Franchising provides an extensive training program for the franchisee and its management team. The program includes topics such as product knowledge, customer service fundamentals, employee motivation, advertising, accounting & record keeping, purchasing, inventory management, Point of Sale (POS) system operation, staff duties and much more.

On-Site Assistance
WOB Franchising sends a certified trainer on-site to offer hands-on assistance during the opening of your World of Beer unit. This helps ensure that the business practices that make a World of Beer successful are implemented and are functioning at the highest levels. After the initial opening, a field representative will make periodic visits to help make sure that these core competencies remain in place.

Brewery and Distributor Relationships
As a concept focused on bringing the best in American craft beer and specialty imports to our guests, we develop and maintain relationships with numerous brewers, importers, and distributors. We leverage these relationships to get access to specialty products and limited releases for our locations. Our extensive relationships also ensure that we have insight into new products as they come available.
Vendor Relationships
WOB Franchising has developed strong relationships with numerous vendors including equipment suppliers, architects, general contractors, audio/video specialists, marketing and design firms, insurance providers and others. These relationships are essential to opening and operating a World of Beer unit, and benefit the franchisee through lower costs and improved customer service.
