Basic Fees and Costs

  • Franchise Fee: $50,000 per Location
  • Royalty Fee: 5% of Net Sales
  • Required Marketing Expenditures: 3% of Net Sales (1.5% for Marketing Material Development and Standard Programs and 1.5% for Local Advertising)
  • Total Initial Investment: Approximately $600,000 to $800,000 per Unit
